Please be aware that participation in the 1 on 1 Basketball Tournament ("Tournament") organized by 2HotMedia, Inc. and its sister brand 2HotSports (collectively, "Organizers") is entirely at your own risk.
By registering for the Tournament, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizers, including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by the participant or to any property belonging to the participant, while participating in the Tournament or while in, on or around the premises where the Tournament is conducted, except to the extent such loss, damage, or injury is due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organizers.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. Participants must agree to comply with the Tournament rules and regulations and follow the instructions of the Organizers at all times.
The Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Tournament format, rules, location, or schedule as they deem necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible.
By proceeding with registration and payment, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer, and agree to be bound by its terms.
